In a recent tweet posted by Javier Zafra of Fnatic E-Sports, Dardo_lol, who is the official pseudonym of the LOL manager of the Fnatic team, he mentions some recent changes to the Fnatic roster.

Fnatic, while not making the news most of the time of the year, definitely found itself in a media storm after misinterpreting the tweet and interviewing a business executive at League of Legends Worlds. The executive in question is Javier Zafra, also known as Dardo LOL.

FNC_Upset was an integral part of the Fnatic teams’ journey to the LOL World Championships for the year 2021. After several tours canceled due to the Covid pandemic, many teams came back in force due to long and difficult training in solo queues. Even though Fantic hasn’t made much noise since Pandemic standards were put in place in pro-circuit tournaments, a tweet from DARDO-LOL, who is the executive of the Fnatic Esports team, drew l attention of the world community.

Dardo_ lol mentioned in his tweet the possibility that FNC_Upset may not be able to continue playing as a representative of Team Fnatic (FNC) in the League of Legends World Championships. Many in the community misread the lines and speculated on the mid-season roster changes due to an internal dispute between Upset and Fnatic executives.

Dardo_Lol retweet against speculative tweet that appeared to try to tarnish the Fnatic E-Sports team as an organization

If that last scene happens, which is assumed at the time to be 100% true, we’ll see massive activity from the gaming community as a whole. It will be yet another executive decision oversight, which we have seen so many times, have destroyed the careers of aspiring professional players over the years. It’s like the plague of companies camouflaged in Tweet.

But if what Dardo_lol is saying is true, there could be serious problems in his family. Details have been withheld at this time and there is no official statement from the FNC_Upset side at this time. So, there is a chance that this is just speculation. But Bean, who recently joined the Fnatic teams training camp as a behind-the-scenes role, has been asked to step in.

Only time will reveal the true nature of current events and until then the gaming community is trying their best to see through the situation and find out what is right.
