Sports enthusiast, South African model -Gabriella Demetriades says life is enjoyed with difficulties

Born and raised in South Africa and now enjoying her modeling and acting career in India, Gabriella Demetriades remembers when it was hard to stay away from her family in a new country. However, she believes that life is most appreciated when there are hard times to overcome.

“I think that you enjoy life when you have difficulties to overcome, it makes the sweet sweeter. I found it very difficult to be away from my family and I had to overcome being alone.

“Focusing on one thing too has always been a challenge because I really have multiple passions, I was lucky that all along the way I stayed in the center,” she told IANS in an email from Mumbai when asked if, being an international face, it was a challenge for her to start her career in a new country.

As a South African model and actress, Gabriella was a candidate for the Miss Indian Premier League (IPL) Bollywood 2009 and was chosen as one of FHM’s “100 Sexiest Women in the World”. She performed in a promo song for the Malayalam movie “Red wine” with the song “Neelakasham kaividum”. She also appeared in a music video with Aditya Narayan, in her single “Tu Hi Pyar Hai” and in the movie “Sonali Cable”.

She has been associated with the family of fitness brand HRX with another model, Diva Dhawan. With this association, the brand is on the verge of expanding its HRX family with some of the Indian fitness and fashion flagship bearers.

From the podium to the gym, Diva and Gabrielle push the boundaries to break boundaries and prove that nothing is impossible. We see them in HRX women’s clothing campaigns.

Passionate about sport and active entrepreneur, Gabriella has chosen the path of fitness to compensate for her busy lifestyle. She is also in the news for dating actor Arjun Rampal.

Calling India her second home, she said: “India is now my home as I have been here for 10 years, but South Africa is a beautiful place and the outdoor lifestyle is beyond that. . My whole family is still here and she holds a very special place to me. I love the outdoors and working out so I miss it a lot about South Africa. wanted to be fashionable.

“I started with styling and then modeling sort of got in. It’s fantastic because it led to me becoming a brand owner,” she said.
