The fourth season of the Poker Sports League powered by FairPlay News has announced Viacom18-owned video-on-demand and OTT streaming service VOOT as the official streaming partner for this season. This year’s league is in Phygital format and the broadcast started from March 29, 2022. Thanks to this association, viewers will be able to enjoy the live broadcast of the entire league on VOOT.

Announcing the partnership, Poker Sports League CEO and Founder Pranav Bagai said, “We are thrilled to be partnering with VOOT again this year for our upcoming season. As the majority of our audience are tech-savvy and lean towards OTT platforms to consume various modes of entertainment, a partnership with VOOT for streaming was a prudent option. Through this association, we strive to provide our users with the best possible poker experience.

This season, special attention has been given to upcoming qualifiers as well as key professional players, with high investment bids and large holds that have made this season more exciting. The selection ceremony of the season saw six teams representing six different Indian provinces namely Delhi Czars, Deccan Aces, Goan Nuts, Gujarat Falcons, Mumbai Anchors and Kolkata Kings. A total of 36 qualified, 12 pro-players will be part of this season. In addition to these, it has six places for women and six for substitutes.

Our partnership with VOOT will air an exclusive behind-the-scenes reality show “Poker Mantra” in addition to the league live stream.

The PSL’s fourth season kicked off on March 29 and will run until April 13 with six to seven matches per week, all streaming virtually on Voot. Deltin Royale and Adda 52 have been announced as site partners and online partners respectively. The season finale will be hosted live on the pitch from April 20-24, 2022, a first since the pandemic.
